After you reach 3 successful Death Saves you are stabilized and no longer dying, but you keep all the conditions - prone, incapacitated, unconscious - your character had at that moment. Once you fail 3 death saving throws, you die.ĥ. If at any moment you have more failed death saving throws than successful ones you are unconscious but when you balance passed and failed saves you wake upĤ. First failed Death Saving Throw makes you incapacitated with all that condition entailsģ. When you reach 0 hp you fall on the ground, lose concentration of whatever spell you were concentrating on and you're prone with all that condition gives you and unable to stand up - but you are still conscious, can crawl and take actions or reactions.Ģ.
